1947-78 Chevy Truck - Tilt Floor Shift

Retrofit Series - These easy to install retrofit columns are designed to fit your GM Truck. For quick installation, the 1947-54 Chevy Truck column comes complete with a new underdash mount and floor mount. ididit's 1955-59 Chevy Truck column comes with it's own specially designed underdash mount and floor mount with gasket, as well as a delrin OE gearbox cover that is designed to protect your original gearbox from dirt and debris. 1960-66 columns are designed with unique locating slots and brackets that allow for perfect installation every time. 1960-78 columns install simply by using your original under dash mount and floor mount. Use an ididit installation kit to install your new steering column in place of the old. Using an adaptor, add an aftermarket wheel and the gripping surface of the new wheel will be in the same location as the original. You can bolt your original 1973-78 steering wheel directly to the 1973-78 steering column, no adator required! Please Note: A stock 1960-66 wheel can NOT be used with a 1960-66 ididit column.
